Well if that’s the case, shouldn’t he hang it up? Not fair to the betting public or connections of the horse if he’s not invested in giving a full effort.

You would need a governing body or a track management team that would care about the public.... Till then Brian can drive the way he wants to and continue to make 6 figures taking the winters off.
