Hoosier closed 4 or 5 weeks ago and here come the Indiana trainers/owners across the Ohio border headin' toward - Northfield and Dayton. This new population of horses overloading the available posts was 110% totally mishandled. Dayton used less than planned entry rules. The Ohio owners and trainers that supported the racing all session long, suddenly can't get their horses in to race. On top of the push away on OH horses comes at the end of the session some crazy-ass Trackmaster condition idea. The link doesn't show a specific horse to see if your horse can qualify. Instead it's an amateurish lisiting of thousands of horse, not sorted, not readable - this is unprofessional, ridiculous and looks like some silly crap that popped into somebody's head as a good idea. HEY !!!! it is not! Is the OHHA on duty to throw up a stop sign as defense for their members? Hell NO !!! So, now the Buckeye contingent can't operate as a legit business since it's by guess and by golly. Those low end claimers and conditions demand a scheduled weekly entry chance to continue. It seems like the smug, arrogance is the approach to tell trainers - tough > this is how we're operating. On top of that -- here come the Indy drivers taking mounts from the Ohio guys. The OH guys that have been on duty all year long. Horsemen in the paddocks are all scared that the casinos can do as they please. Maybe the horse people oughta walk into the trackside area and the race viewing / simulcast areas. Sure, they're kickin' in to the purses - - - a legislated arrangement that they, the casinos agreed to so their VRTs could operate. So, they are required to present the horse racing -- and, they have plenty of action coming in to watch the entertainment, bet and drink and eat. Why is this adverserial? The Ohio racinos should favor their horsemen and then fill-in w/ the hoosiers. Seems right to most all of the Ohio people.

im an indiana guy but agree 100% ..
you have to give dibs in most races that ohio bred or owned horses have priority over out of state ones
lot of states do that ...
