Tyler Moore $300 and a 5 day suspension.
"He will get back to us on Monday with his days." WTF

What kind of judge wouldn't DEMAND a better answer at that time AND write that in report?...we know he's timing the upcoming 'tight and ready' $$ trips...is he timing the appeal? Is he trying to time a family vacation? march break perhaps? when do dad's young horses need extra help?
