Title: Who is responsible for reporting a neurectomy ?
Post by: Hush Limbaugh II on June 11, 2020, 11:20:02 AM
For bending the rules once again concerning the nerving and sale of Propulsion. Once again the Useless Twatting Association has its nose in something it has no idea on. The Useless Twatting Association is concerned with FAIR RACES folks. Their guidelines are for FAIR RACING.

It should no say or input concerning PARI-MUTUEL racing none. Another reason for ONE governing body with no input from Gooffyy LLC.

Tony and Goofy KNEW exactly what they were doing. Tony notified the Pig M, really, Who was part owner of Propulsion, Gooffyy LLC.

So once again we see the slimy side of Jefffiiieeeee Goofralllllllllll . But "I" saved racing.  ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

Please enlighten us as nerving is allowed in the US, and the certificate filled out by TC Lane clearly shows it.

Propulsion disqualified all starts!!!!

Harness Racing Update:
Breaking News: Sweden's @SvenskTravsport has ruled that Elitloppet winner Propulsion will be disqualified from all starts since he arrived in Sweden in 2015 and his owner Stall Zet (Brixton Medical AB) will have to return purse money earned in that country. More details later.

Wow. If this is true that's a major decision against one of the biggest and most influential owners and trainers in Sweden. I believe that a nerved horse is also not eligible to be a sire in Sweden. He bred some mares. Will he be sent back here to the race in the states or be a sire here.

Propulsion had a neurectomy reported on his USTA registration, but who's job is it to report that it happened ? The owner, the trainer, the vet. As of now there is no rule that anyone has to report it . I was very surprised that it was reported to the USTA in the case of Propulsion .

There is a rule that states the owners are responsible for reporting to USTA and also posting notices in race offices of all tracks the horse races at       Well Stan you should call the USTA and tell them about it, because they said they didn't have any rule on the subject . But that they were coming with a rule that would make the owner of the horse responsible. Good luck having any of those reported.
