Hi% trainers race from 24 hour Barn NO EXCEPTIONS
1 warning 2nd 5 year BAN
All Trainers sign "No Contest" waiver..cannot take ANY Legal action
against tracks...Track has Final Say...
All Betting patterns examined by experts
DRiver "outs" punishable by hanging and/or electrocution
All Horseplop comments flushed down the toilet
