Title: FRIDAY MUTUEL PRICES...UGH
Post by: toothman on August 22, 2020, 10:43:16 AM
The average win price of 12 of the 14 races yesterday was 4.30. the remaining 2 winners paid 56 and 67 dollars.
And the prices at Yonkers weren't much better.
Why would a casual gambler/fan even think of going to the track (when allowed to) with returns like that.
We need to put out a more competitive, entertaining product to have any chance of survival or forestall the inevitable in the competition for the gambling dollar.
