I see he is standing stud next year at an advertised stud fee of $3,500 in Ohio. Very fair price bringing more of the Beach/Captain line to Ohio and also if the horse ever had a real trainer or driver he would probably be standing in Pennsylvania for $7,500 or $10,000.

interesting
of course the real test for ohio is to improve the broodmare band which understandably takes time and money

Horse did great with the connections he had. Just below top group, he won the adios, a B grade stake. T will be interesting to see who breeds to him. I don´t think he will get many top bred mares.

How many mediocre stallions are coming out this year

Great family on both sides. Does not wear any equipment on any size track according to numerous people. Pretty amazing to be sub 150 on every size track. As well won the Adios on a sloppy track against the same 3 year olds excluding Tall Dark Stranger. I think he has a shot. I am planning on breeding 5 mares to him myself. Including one that made 250k. Not a lot of sires to choose from in ohio and I do agree with the comment about the mares in ohio.

Very nice gritty horse. He’s on the smaller side but with Ohio having all those small bull ring fair tracks and no track larger than a 5/8 parimutuel. He should do fine in Ohio.

HES GOING TO DO OK
BUT
FEAR THE DRAGON
DOWNBYSEASIDE
AND FEW OTHERS WILL BE COMPETION OVER HIM
HOPEFULLY HE GETS A FEW QUALITY MARES
I WAS HOPING HE WOOD HAVE GOING TO INDY
WE COULD USE SOME NEW BLOOD,..

PA is overloaded. He seems like a decent deal in a state with a ton of money up for grabs and a decent middle tier for 2 and 3 yo.
