Title: Meadowlands Handicapping Thread 5/28
Post by: swoodall on May 28, 2021, 01:41:03 AM: I do all my handicapping the night before and I have run into a potential setup in the 5th race.

Race 1 PK5 (My actual ticket I'm playing.)

3,5,10 - 2,4 - 4,5 - 3,5,7 - 3,4,10

Questions
!.) I can't bring myself to use Grand Teton in race 1 due to David Glasser driving, has anyone ever seen him win because I haven't?
2.) Am I crazy for using Glasser in the 5th race when I'm leaving him out of the 1st?

Now riddle me this...in the 5th race why the hell is #3 War Drums at the Madowlands? 98za.ag

short fields on the consolation races. good night to watch a ball game instead and 2 amateur races send me elsewhere.

Could be sloppy tonight, the rain is supposed to start around 17:00.

Normally I don't play these races but I feel the two likely heavy favorites are very beatable. 11.wp

Post by: makingit on May 28, 2021, 07:38:41 PM: There were only two horses in the race and the purse was $100 K. Does the winner get 50% and the horse that came in second get 25 % ? What happens to the other percent, or is it split another way like 66.5% and 33.5% ?
