I am sure he can provide licenses to show he is qualified, ot just school of hard knocks cracker jack box certificates to provide certain services for s fee. Sleeping in the bus station next to a holiday Inn does not cut it.his trainers licences does not either is he even eligible to be licensed?

And to answer my qualifications? Never hurt or abused a horse. Never killed one. Never forgot one in a field because I wasn't monitoring my horses and cannot fucking count. Disgusting.
