Dear Mohawk Racing Officials Mr. Walker, Mr. Gillies & Miss Counsel,
I feel strongly that Mr. Bob McClure should be investigated for his drive in the race (subject line).
Please also provide me the names in your chain of command Mr. Craig Walker AGCO Senior Racing Official until the executive who oversees AGCO is listed, otherwise I'm going to by default consider you uncooperative and your office compromised.
The fact that Mr. McClure continued to race after the 4th race and based on his driving conduct during that race - that staged, race tampering is conspicuously allowed and has been done multiple times previously and now again.
If I don't hear back from your office by noon tomorrow, Friday, May 19, 2023, I'll reach out to those in leadership that oversee your agency and your agency will at that point be circumvented, and seek advisement from those officials of whom regulates AGCO.
We have had previous discussions which you summarily have written off about these type incidents and an entire driver colony there that needs to be investigated for the same aforementioned allegations. Thank you.
Govern yourselves accordingly,
Paul

i wish you luck with that
i have sent similar emails to agco and never even get a response

He is incompetent, he has no strength, he barely can control his horses that he drives. He is a lot like Scott Zeron, he does not need a right line.
-

i have sent similar emails to agco and never even get a response
I could show you my responses from them, lengthy too, and you're right, but in about 30 minutes that email I sent to AGCO is getting forwarded with a link to the race and Senior Official Walker cc'd and is going out to most the sports investigative editors in North America print, online and video.
Tomorrow a formal request will go out to the 3 tote companies to suspend Mohawk Raceway.
Interpol will be contacted.
Amongst Senior elected Officials there I'll be reaching out to above AGCO I have contacts at the US State Department that I will request the point of contacts for Great Britain and who there liaison to Canada is, and in Canada ours.
Not this time Bro, after all that which I mentioned I will not even of begun, and guess what I'm not filing a complaint, I'm going to make them (Senior Official Walker of Mohawk) do it! Time to open his, their eyes and do their job! ;D

Watching what the horse did last week first up and then watching McClure have every opportunity to get out right to the 5/8th's, this is just another example of zero accountability. It's one thing to sit in from third, but sitting in from 4th, off last weeks line, at even money again, is nothing more than the ultimate fuck you to bettors and race fixing plain and simple.
Have always thought McClure was a zero hands hack. He is also a cheating scumbag who can't even come close to covering his tracks in a terrible set up.

love it
go get em senator

Thanks Pucks, Boomer, Brown Jug, Onabrake for your comments, encouragement while doing this, and previously too you advised me Pucks on BM.....just begun with that, got Pimlico tomorrow, Hoosier, BigM but they soon will have so many eyes on them at Mohawk, maybe we can start handicapping and having more reliable drives there NOW or SOON.
Sleepless nights and cell phones ablaze there, it's coming...Someone else's turn to be F'd in the B-HOLE! ;D

Don't forget Shopping Cart Mike!!
He has printed his very own Nancy Drew style PRESS PASS to show around Central Park where he harrasses non-English-speaking Hungaralion carraige drivers to no fucking end.
He could be an asset on this. Probably not but maybe.

How could anyone watch this race and not see the obvious.
From the judge's report:
Race 4 Reviewed the performance of race favourite # 5 All Of Me. Spoke to driver
Bob McClure and trainer Shawn Steacy who both confirmed that the horse was
locked on a line and have steering issues.

how would the trainer know? well they couldnt say they bet another horse
-
how would the trainer know?
Just a guess, but maybe he watched the race.
-
Since 95% of the betting is made on line it should be easy to check who had the 5 horse exacta box for $200 with the horse in question off the ticket and see if that person or people have any ties to the driver.

The exacta looks like it paid gernerous for how it came. Also, both the DD and p-3 paid well above parlay.
I don't doubt larceny involved but the gimmicks look ok... maybe 1. bet the winner or 2. save a condition other possibles.

It just so happens, I have big feet, 13 EEE! 73cv.2
Bigger mouth, but well placed not in the style of scm, attention seeking, sm, raising $, just seeking to create awareness, sleepless nights, and eliminate STAGING. Some of our brethren, super pros have already said openly (paraphrase) I can't bet Mohawk, I do not know which drivers will trying or not.
Guys like Mac, the whole colony, have made an art of winning races and displaying their talent, and one thing they're better at is staging, not just better but excellent, not to us though.
When racing came back on line at Mohawk after Covid, it was a dream for about a year, then some realized we got to make up for those lost earnings, and they got and remained greedy and wanted it ALL. Sure right line being stuck absolutely, if what brings attention and change was an honest happening, that's called KARMA to the thousands of staging and tampering there....
Stay tuned to the pixel watchers this time, it's different, and one more very important thing, Ontario is a one party consent province meaning....anyone who is party to a conversation can record it without permission of the other party... ;D

Thanks bro, final point for the moment there, and it happens all the fucking time, EVERYONE IS EVERYONE'S TUCKING COUSIN at MOHAWK!
No gambler ever moaned at a driver they didn't bet who screwed the horse / driver they did bet because they let them hang out to dry the mile we always accept that risk! When a man's game turns into courtesy class where do the scumbag "favors", worse, criminality end, at Mohawk, never ending!
As Denzel said, in American Gangster - "Every gorilla for hisself!" ;D

Yep, locked on a line, until they turned for home and all of the sudden he pulled on the right line to get off the rail and go between horses to make sure he got third. Too funny.

as i have said before its a bros club at mohawk
i assume similar at most tracks but seems worse at mohawk
they play nice and cash their cheques
i mean realistically who can you bet, jmac, mcnair filion and maybe roy

In all fairness, the horse doesn't go straight. The week before he was ducking in really bad near the wire. Should Doug have pulled? Perhaps, but driver in competence and bad decision making are virtually 80% of the harness racing game.
The horse also moved up from the NW 1 $7500 to the NW 1 $15000 variety. That has been the kiss of death for many low odd horses.
Hell, I have no dog in the fight.
If you want to destroy everyone involved, I'd consider watching. At the same time, I wouldn't want you to stop there.

Excellent point! SCM has all the inside scoops and knows all the key players. He just had a video of a guy shoeing a pain in the ass horse. It was riveting!

I have ripped the AGCo a new asshole on twitter for their incompetence but everyone of them is a spineless retard that doesn't want to rock the boat. As long as the paycheque is coming in, thats all they care about.
A friend of mine has put them on blast that they won't field his calls anymore.

Dear Baltimore SAIC Sobocinski,
Please accept appreciation and gratitude from myself and countless others on behalf of the FBI, USAO, DOJ, and all the other cooperating agencies and entities for their investigations, indictments and successful prosecutions, pleadings in Horse Racing thus far in the United States of America. A very necessary happening, and a hopeful deterrent!
An American tradition, a classic, the 148th running of the Preakness Stakes in your jurisdiction, I in Florida wish all there, much enjoyment, safety and speed and very good luck but especially the speed lol!
I hope this email finds Miss Belinda Stronach as well, and if she hasn't already her organization seizes the opportunity to vocally express its gratitude as I aforementioned herein if they feel likewise as a horse racing powerhouse and a seemingly well timed spokesperson, tomorrow!
Lastly, I do hope Mr.Todd Pletcher, at least on behalf of his Racing Stables also copied herein considers the literal greener pastures in the racing empire he's built off the proverbial track - I can't imagine what else could be on his bucket list to still accomplish as an active trainer in horse racing!
Warmest regards,
Paul

AGCO never responds. I reached out to them once or twice on innocuous issues and never got response.
BigsexyCA again in mochalk 5th at 20+ to one. Not a bad few days for him.

He saved my ass Monday, had to double down the day's losses to come out a win for the night and took about 25% off last month's losses overall. Love that horse Western Wish last year but ya can't follow them forever, I believe Mac drove at one time, nice, more Karma, good for Sorrie.
Like CA, very much all around got to know him, he suffers like us quietly is my take, when others don't play by the rules. Transparent, mentioned many in barn sick too, they're getting better, coming around and when they do sharp as can be.
As far as him and I, I'm turning "plutonium" there, for the time being maybe for his sake, us waving from afar! ;D

just an observation here
i notice in the agco report they want to ask filion why he buried voelz delight in race 5 at 6/5 odds
senator, the cheats at mohawk givith and they taketh away, we are just pigeons along for the ride
you must admit that western wish does not win if filion pulls out of the 3 hole and gets the top before the 1/2, a move that is an automatic for a driver on that horse in that situation if they are trying to win
its a tough game
-
Mcclure's horse, leaving out all cheating, health, steer angles...Mcclure's horse STRICTLY ON FORM had EVERY CHANCE to PLACE in that race. Didnt get it done...Win..an entirely different expectation.
Both horses, who hit that ex ahead of him, had LEGIT chance to win or place.
Just because the alleged lock won by 3 and a half lengths last time (after small margin advantage top of stretch) suggests more that the field that night weren't ready to defeat him.
Not the case the other night.
While I feel the pain, government and WEG complaining probably best reserved for worse scenarios than that. Hate to say it but it amounted to sucker win ticket.
Mcclure's horse WAS NEVER A 'KEY SINGLE' IN THAT RACE

AGCO response and my response below it:
Walker, Craig (AGCO)

to me, Tanya, Jamie, Katherine, Tyler, Keshia, Peter, Kelly
Dear Mr. Paul (Redacted),
The Racing Officials at Woodbine Mohawk Park have received your 2 emails from yesterday concerning Race 4 and the performance of the horse All OF Me and driver Bob McClure.
Both emails have been forwarded to Senior Management at the AGCO.
As stated on the Senior Judges Report from last evening, the Race Officials reviewed the performance of the horse and spoke to driver Bob McClure and trainer Shawn Steacy, who both confirmed the horse was locked on a line and having steering issues.
We have included 2 video links.
The first is from Race 2, May 11, 2023 when the horse won. It is the back tower camera shot going around the 1st turn, down the backstretch.
https://youtu.be/CZEFGirbfBg
As is evidenced in the 1st video link, the horse is travelling straight with no apparent steering issues.
The second is from last evening’s race. Same back tower camera shot.
https://youtu.be/bUhuJT7F5aQ
As is evidenced in the second video link, the horse begins to bear in badly around the 1st turn. Does go inside 1 pylon (no violation) and continues down the backstretch with it’s head to the outside laying on the inside headpole.
In our opinion, this clearly illustrates that the horse was not the same in both races and was having steering issues last evening.
Furthermore, the mutuel pay-outs in the race do not show anything suspicious.
Having considered all this information, we have determined that there were no rules violations committed.
Respectfully submitted,
Craig Walker | Senior Race Official

Good Morning Mr. Walker and AGCO Team,
I am going to be proving (To Everyone That Matters) that the manner in which YOU ALL ("our") conducted this investigation through its conclusion is causing catastrophic harm to AGCO, and "public interest" in and not limited to Ontario but everywhere wagers are accepted on this race at Woodbine Mohawk Park. Furthermore, this "bow" as I am referring as you "tied" on this investigation I further predict it will be "untied", AGCO Officials or higher government involvement will be deemed absolutely appropriate, then those seeking a more thorough, unbiased investigation and concluding with conspicuous necessary accountability for both driver Bob McClure, trainer Shawn Steacy, as well as the AGCO officials herein, and any other potential parties involved yet remain umentioned.
Just a heads up, if this is a "race" we are all in - #1 your investigation to its conclusion vs #2 to have all what I've predicted will happen, sadly for y'all I'm no "maiden", my past performances do not lie, I am undefeated. Drawing away, I'll be waiting for you after I cross the finish line to a roaring crowd of backers! You've set the stage for Winner Take All!
Have a Team here too, and media giants across NA, very powerful "others", that cannot wait to unravel thousands of "head scratching driven performances" previously ran races at Mohawk too!
Very Good Luck to Us All,
Paul
