I saw an interview and they are very pleased with her. Look forward to racing her .
-

-
It should be on the 2s in training segment with Blais

Wouldn't it be better to wait to see if this filly actually does something before starting a thread? A lot of horses with breeding sold for a ton.
By the way she's a 3/4 sister not just half (Somebeach blood in both )

I'd pay money for a good breeding.

no need to wait , its of interest win ,lose or draw
based on pedigree and price paid
-
You're right, I forgot how some people here love to bash high priced horses that fail.
Casie's filly looks tons the best in this race at no price. Didn't sell for that much comparatively speaking and a Betting Line but already sub 54.

Determination Stable bought 5 of the 25 highest-priced yearlings of 2022:
Total Expenditure: $2,345,000
Earnings to date: $0
But don’t feel so bad. The owner, Serge Godin, is a 74-year-old Canadian entrepreneur with an estimate net worth of $3 billion, making him somewhere around the 30th richest person in Canada according to Forbes.
Let’s put than another way.
If you are worth $3 million, Serge is worth 1,000 times what you are.
So his $2.345 million investment is like you spending $2,345, or $469 per horse.
Pocket change.

I guess I'm in worst shape than I thought!

Ironically the other 3/4 brother to Beach Glass, I'm Hungry is the morning line favorite in the 9th at Yonkers tonight. He's won about half of his lifetime starts and McGrath is listed as the owner.
-
Look pretty good for first time out. I wonder if he stays in Canada or heads for next Ohio S.S. leg.
-
yup, nice training trip
-
looked pretty good tonite. the little rat Roy will have to stiff her another 3 or 4 races till she's in a stake race and drop 4 seconds like the rat does with all of blais horses.

hey buddy where was that interviewi would love to read it

This is why it's easier to cash tickets. You already have the Blais game plan.

I thought the horse looked very professional for first start. Blais barn doesnt care what bettors think; like 100 % of the other trainers. Difference is lucs modus operandi is proven to work. Wont always win in grand circuit; but barn has earned just respect especially with trotters. Discount his horses in ur handicapping at ur own peril.

I retract my earlier post about this topic! The interview I saw pertained to the 3yr old this year from the Beach Glass family. I apologize to the Blais Stable if my remarks caused any turmoil. Best of luck with this filly going forward!
