ASSAULT AND BATTERY UPON ANOTHER PARTICIPANT LICENSEE
At about 10:20 pm on 8/3/2023, Ms. Tyler Wiseman attacked Mr. Jacob Cutting near Mr.
Cuttings barn. There is a full report from Running Aces Security and the Anoka County
Sheriff. This is a Prohibited Act and a Hostile Act. Violation of MRC 7897.0100 Subp 6 &
6A. By MRC Rule 7879.0200 Subp 1, General Authority and Duties of the Stewards,
Running Aces has ruled Ms. Tyler Wiseman off the property of Running Aces and the
Board of Judges at Running Aces will reciprocate and do revoke Ms. Tyler Wiseman’s MRC
license.
