Title: TEXSONG SOPRANO turning out to be quite the steal for TheStable
Post by: PineHurstPacer on March 17, 2024, 06:10:24 PM
Indiana bred trotter was bought for 76K at the end of last season

He's has made over 68K in 11 starts for TheStable

cruised to a 3 length victory in 55 flat at Yonkers Friday night

great pickup for AMac.

The Stable has one good one for every twenty losers. Not a very good percentage. What about Steel Cowboy Quan Blu Chip and Greatest Ending to name a few recent purchases to go bust.

Seems about the right percentage for most trainers.

Facts...11 starts $50K of which $35K has been made since McGinnis and Amac are no where near the horse

I think Scott Zeron owns a good piece of him, not sure how much though

Steel Cowboy and Greatest Ending has been disasters but I wouldn't put Quan Blue Chip in same category, bought for 18K and claimed for 10K
