Do⁸n't onderstand the placing in 3rd amateur for going  inside 1 pylon when Heath goes inside 3 on stretch drive last week with no placing

i think the rule is three consecutive pylons

maybe the rules differ for the amateurs

Have never heard of this Pylons rules should be the same
Going inside on the stretch would be a far more advantage then on the first turn

The standard applied is: was an advantage gained by being inside the pylons?

as i understand it--inside three consecutive is an automatic DQ, doesnt matter if an advantage was gained or not gained
