Does this mean he was a better commentator after the races were finished [ FYI, he did immediate post-race commentary at Pocono 10+ years ago]?

Actually, it's Weaver Bruscemi LLC, as it Mark Weaver and Mike Bruscemi.

in 2007 they dropped "Devil" from their name

I will say this, back in the day, when he was rolling, he was rolling big time! I don't know what he was doing, but his horses were locked and loaded and ready to fire.....and they did.
