Title: With Harrington not racing at the present time---

I believe the Delaware stock shipping in is a little bit higher quality than the stock currently racing at Ocean and Rosecroft. At least the local drivers are getting to drive the ship-ins.

They still do those things today?
Can't you get in a lot of trouble by doing this? Isn't this enforced in Delaware, Maryland, and other places?

Use to be, but there's ways around it.
