It seems Ayers 13 year old daughter was lying. She was read the riot act when Ayers and her mom discovered she had an 18 yr old boyfriend. She lied to a friend at school who reported the story to a teacher. The clothing has been DNA tested and it's her boyfriends semen on it. Apologies to Ayers now that his kid has ruined his career.

No retraction articles anywhere. Can this be confirmed? If so I’d turn that kid over to the state. What is wrong with kids?
-
IT ALL STARTED WITH ALL KIDS GETTING TROPHIES AND PARENTS NOT BEING ALLOWED TO SPANK THEIR KIDS.
-
I had a real nice Ayers trotter back some years ago. Surprised to see he is an active sire .

I couldn't find any either. But if true, how can you keep raising that kid?
-
I hope it's true. He seemed like a nice guy.

Ayers was indicted by grand jury a few days ago. Arraignment is today. Not looking good for him and his future.

I'm 99.9% sure this is all bullshit. There's literally nothing to see here. If he wasn't a public figure who has been at odds with the government in that county and state and wasn't on the police chiefs and D.A's shit list there wouldn't have even been an investigation. Seems like they jumped at an opportunity to smear him.
The girl retracted her statement and his wife is sticking with him and not the kid...what does that tell you?

I would like to see him acquitted ,but when a grand jury indicts there has to be solid evidence. From what I'm hearing from someone close to his family it doesn't look good for him. Let's hope their wrong for his sake.

To me it looks like that article was written in May..not the latest update.

This one is from a few days ago. He was indicted on the original incident

They couldn't indict him on the original charges so they kept delaying it and fishing and now he's indicted on different charges apparently.
I just hope when he's acquitted that there's actually a news story about the wrongful arrest and the girl's statement that was retracted.

If they indicted him they have enough evidence to convict him

If they indicted him they have enough evidence to convict him
This is a terrible take with no understanding of how these things work. He wasn’t indicted for pretty much the same charges, they didn’t dismiss so they could try again and the found the right pool of jury to get him indicted. Getting indicted is wayyyyyy easier than being convicted.
-
if Errors is guilty he should locked up
if he is innocent-his name should be cleared
it appears the irreparable damage is done already
-
It’sALL BULLSHIT and lies being spread by people like the Jackson twins and their mom because he has them kicked out of Ohio racing, most of these ‘he’s indicted’ posts are probably from people like them, discruntled people in the business , if he is Indicted on anything it will be found uncredited, and eventually dropped, unfortunately this is a long slow road, you don’t just get charges dropped and it’s over, but he will be cleared eventually

However you wanna word it to make it sound like you know what your talking about is fine with me. Prosecutor would not indict him if there is not enough evidence to prosecute. They would of tossed it to lower courts if there was not enough to convict him.

There are no lower courts for criminal cases...

I call Bullshit on this.
Ayers nor anyone else would be indicted if in fact, semen was present and DNA evidence supports that Ayers was not the perpetrator.
I'm not saying he is innocent or guilty, but your comment is BS.

You do understand that no defense is allowed in grand jury indictments. In other words the prosecution can make up anything they want!

But when some people close to him aren't on board with him it makes you wonder if there's more to it than we know.
