Horses and drivers down at 3/4.
Hopefully, Waiting to hear that everyone and all horses OK
-
Did you notice which driver went flying? I couldn't tell
-
Was watching but focusing on front runners. Luke Hanners and B Miller were driving the trailers but have zero idea.
-
Did not look good, at all.
-
I just saw the first horse go down on his side and slide about 20 yards.
-
Chris Lems, Chris Page & Luke Ebersole went down.

Looked like Lems horse went down probably got the worst, Page feel off running over him slid off to the side and then Ebersole just feel off. As accidents go we have seen way worse this year but one never knows what can happen to the drivers. Off all their drives. Hope they are all well.

What a steer Brett Miller gave to avoid that! World class instincts and reaction time to avoid it! Hope all are well. The 4 horse dropped like a sack of potatoes. Any word on the horses?

Read the blog i put up on experienced drivers vs raceway drivers in handling young horses for more insight.

I have not seen the race or replay, but
keep in mind that horses have eyes and survival instincts too.
From experience I know sometimes the horse knows what is going on ahead and how to avoid it before the driver.
Plus the horse has a better view.
But as I say I have not seen the race.

I’m sure the horse had plenty to do with avoiding it. But some credit has to be given to the driver.
