BAYERSDORFER, LYNN D PcD on 7/30/2024 OTHER WILKES BARRE, PA FINED: $1,500 YOB 1964 PA Code 205.91(a)(b), 205.202, 205.203, 205.501(14).   On Tuesday, July 30, 2024, Lynn Bayersdorfer failed to correctly identify a horse in Race 3 at Pocono Downs, resulting in the wrong horse entering the track for the start of the race, creating an appearance that reflects adversely on the integrity of racing.  The horse was declared a non-starter and pari-mutuel money was refunded.  After accepting the penalty and waiving the right to appeal, Ms. Bayersdorfer has been fined $1,500.00, $500 which must be paid within 10 days of this ruling and $1000 of which shall be held in abeyance and become payable immediately should a subsequent violation happen again.

Who employs her? $500 now and $1000 if it happens again??? Have they considered that she may be unqualified for the job!!!!!!

If this isn't a sign your stable is too big for you to handle idk what is
