Mike Oosting piloted his own plane to get from Springfield IL.State Fair races to drive at the night time races at Bal.?
Extra credit.
If he did fly the plane, did he land it on the Bal. race track?

That is so outrageous it can't be true, but it is so outrageous that it must be true.

Lets review his DUI arrests. I don't have them. Got out of alot.
But only a demented inherited FUC at that time would climp into a plane piloted by him.
