Well, finally, this might come to some closure. It's already been several years since several groups have opposed HISA and filed lawsuits throughout the country. Several have already made their way to the appellate level and we've seen appeals as well.....and now the The Supreme Court of the United States has officially intervened.

That is great news, especially now that the Supreme Court is involved!
