Obviously the racing isn’t what it once was but the judges can’t be serious with that DQ. Kid let his mare drift about 1/3 to a 1/2 of a path and they take him down. They showed the head on and there was literally nothing there.
I love racing and watching the Meadowlands brings the nostalgia but that place is getting real bad. My buddy called it Freehold North recently and I couldn’t think of a better name currently.
Didn’t bet a nickel on the card but I root for the kid, what a shame they took a win away from him after a super drive.

Watch where that horse was at the top of the stretch and where he ended up. Was about the 2 path straightening for home. Ended about the 6 path. He pushed the horse out the entire final 150 yards of the race. I didn't have either horse, but once they showed the head-on it was apparent the horse was drifting out the entire stretch.

If you watch the head-on shot, in addition to drifting out, BB put his sulky wheel under Herschberger's wheel. I realize people here are obsessed with Beckwith, but he did interfere with the other horse.

sorry bossy
100% he had to come down
guess he figured since he got pushed wide at saratoga the other day that it was okay to do it here
keep in mind that if the other driver does not drift his horse out as well they lock wheels and maybe go down

These comments will now make you ineligible for the Brett Beckwith fan club! ngc3

Didn’t mind the decision on the take down at all but let’s see if judges stay consistent when Dunn or Yannick does the same thing. I have my doubts.

100% right call with the DQ
That could have been a hooked wheels situation and could have been ugly. Beckwith is not going to get away with the shit he does at Saratoga. FACT
