On 05/09/2024 Cozette McAvoy was filed as a Bankruptcy - Chapter 13 lawsuit. This case was filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, Pennsylvania Eastern Bankruptcy. The case status is Pending - Other Pending.

If you get a judgement against someone for non payment and submit to USTA they will suspend membership. But unfortunately some race commissions will still let them race
