Don't really see much of a violation here! Many trainers give a small scoop of baking soda daily and have been doing it for years! I assume her blood gas tests were negative! And the syringe, could be an oral syringe or a regular one with the pipette cut off! No needles or injectables found makes this a possibility! Don't confuse this with offenses like the ones brought to light recently!
