Winning a Finals race sounds better than winning a consolation.
If you are chasing a bunch of juiced up crotch rockets from the same old cheaters you could use a Finals victory to boost your morale.

"Really? Congratulations!"
"The Asses And Elbows Series Final."
"Oh...well I guess you had the better view."
Just think of all the trophies you could display in your den or home office.
Hoosier could have a Finals race for trainers not named Burke, Miller, Brown, Cullipher or Bowermaster.
