Australia harness ODDS MANIPULATION

Anyone notice the odds manipulation in the Australia harness SHOW pools since it is available for betting.

Pretty small pools.  Someone usually puts around $150-$200 to show and usually pulls out at post time.  Last night at Menangle Race 1 noticed the #6 had roughly $800 to show on it but end up just over $200 when the race went off.  This nonsense has been going on for months. 

Who controls the pools?  Should be reported.
