I assume no fans are allowed in the grandstand area at Oak Grove in Louisville ?

Saw Sunday in their 10k Open pace- - race was scratched down to a field of four.

Winner was 3-1 and HAD NO place or show money bet on it.

Do they even send their signal out ?
Do they even care about racing other than it's a means to a casino license ?
