ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!  In a ONE WEEK PERIOD... (11) Doping Violations and (19) Whipping Violations!!!  When the public knows beforehand that the horses are drugged AND being abused... who would ever want to watch this shit???

While the drugs and most excessive whipping are abhorrent it should be pointed out that 4 of the whipping violations occurred in the same race.  Breeders Crown 3 yr old Colt Final.   You can't say they weren't trying.

Make the whipping penalty 5% of the purse.  That should stop it.  No incentive to stop otherwise.

Don´t hit them with only a fine,  DAYS and no BS about putting it off till end of year, make them sign an agreement that they know what is expected from them. Do the crime do the TIME. Give them 1 day off for each infraction up to five, then it´s five days for each until they have five more then make it ten days for each. That will really hit them.
