They have to change the season from Aug 1 - Jul 31st and then there is a loophole where they then change their birthday to the same as up here.

If they do this it will not take effect until 2022.

As it stands, 99 percent of the horses that come here are born SEP - DEC over there are a year older because of a month or two in the official birthday over there, Obviously, when a horse is listed as 8 here, it is really only 7
