How do they move races from Tioga to The Meadowlands after everyone has entered for Tioga. Oh.. they had very few entries except for wannabe drivers AND.. With 95% of the horses in those stakes stabled nearby there were few complaints.
It’s reasonable to think the small print in the conditions stating the location of the race could be changed, was for circumstances other than an entry box at another track being very short of entries.
