Steward's List ?
« on: September 02, 2021, 06:21:41 PM »
I don't fully understand this. I read one definition and I am still puzzled.  What are a few of the more common reasons a horse would be put on a Steward's List? I see where a horse was scratched from a race (STL) but of course it does not go into detail. Why wouldn't the horse just not be put on the entries when it was put in the box and then it would not have to be scratched, Just declines entry and instead of having one less horse in the race (Scratched) some other horse would have had a chance to be entered and race that day with a full card.?

  • SwankToliverA: You're right Rainman, much more than Politics in life. Politics should not end friendships or any relationship really. Most ppl believe what they believe and their minds can't be persuaded. Imho

  • rainman2: yes---as i said earlier  more important things than political differences.  betting and owning horses among other things.  many other people in the world have gone through the same exact thing.  people have to learn from these experiences instead of harboring ill-will from them.  The world is screwed up because of thes things.
