Can someone please explain how Scotty D gets a serious suspension--but yet  horses are still in same name Triple D Stables?? Isnt Scotty D owner of these horses?? How does that work. Most horses are still over at Gateway-so the only thing thats changed is Scotty D going on vacation but suffering no financial penalty? Good luck to him --im just confused as to how some trainers seem to get all the breaks at Yonkers ---and at the Big M forgettaboutit. Who gets put on the list of not being allowed on Gurals Tracks is a COMPLETE mystery there--and seems un American-not based on  facts but by innuendos,rumors,acquantances or just plain cronyisms.

It would appear his license to train has been suspended for 121 days. No word on his owners license. Stranger things have happened.

Like I said in a previous thread about 2 weeks ago right before he started his days Scotty  was the owner of triple D racing the following Monday when cad was down as trainer Kelly king was down as owner of Triple D racing ,my question you did change ownership of a entity so the horses they claimed in the last 30 days should be sitting out because you can not change ownership. I thought we were supposed to be cracking down on this stuff . Don’t forget jersey farms are licienced he’s not a load to at one but the first day of his suspension on Facebook Tetrick. Bragged about the basketball star going and training and thanking Scotty d and Kelly king for opening up there barn for them and that was on his first day of suspension .
