this has nothing to do with the stable, but other people have told me many of these partnerships mark up all their bills and take a % of the profits if there are any when the horses are disposed of

if you want a horse, buy one with some friends and eliminate the markups

when you purchase a yearling you're trying to re-create the stallion

he was nothing at 2 years old and Sears drove him with kid gloves

greenshoe yearlings were highest on average at lexington ahead of the next big 3 trotting  sires
less so at harrisburg but still decent
but owners /trainers were willing to take a chance and hope he passes on the good
should know in about 6 months
