No-Piggy--they dont come after him because he will fight them all way to Superior Court. He is a protected Species.
Baffert lost the Kentucky Derby-using Betamethasone Valerate--a Class IV-skin cream--while Burke got off on a Class 1 Oxy narcotic positive--and he got an apology from the Judges for doubting Ronnie that he had a careless groom piss in the horse stall.
I lost all faith in the system after that.

From what I remember the levels on that test actually supported the idea it was a legit contamination positive. Something like 1/1000ths of a therapeutic dose or something. Still probably should have got 30 or 60 days for trainer responsibility regardless.
There’s worse ones than that though.

We all know there are untouchables in this industry with plenty swept under the rug for them. Any more word on the reason for the scratches?

Very true, look at scotty d, multiple opiod positives and still racing everywhere, even the meadowlands, seems wrong and unfair that these guys get away with what they do. How do you pick and choose whose hands get slapped and others still get to play?
