Santa Anita posts each horses weight during race broadcasts.  Do you think this would be an informative factor for a harness handicapping? To be it seems to be more useless info.

It could possibly be useful. In the T breds if you have a heavy 1st time starter and next time out he’s dropped some pounds, that is an angle.

It could possibly be useful. In the T breds if you have a heavy 1st time starter and next time out he’s dropped some pounds, that is an angle.

Reason for the question was some drastic weight differences in a few of the classes. one example was a 260 weight differential from lightest to heaviest all tho most others were equally matched within 60 to 150 pounds of one another.
