Im not sure pat really said this. If so, quite a statement from a longtime insider. Horseplops accuracy these days is slipping though.

 If really made,  this is like ricks line in casablanca about being shocked! shocked! Gambling is going on at Ricks.

Pool totals might reflect real bettors lack of confidence in yonkers. Lack of oversight by gov hochuls regulators disgraceful.
