DQ-ed Trainer has appeal squashed by Court in Australia and wins

The New Zealand Cup today.

Jason Grimson was DQ'ed from all racetracks around the world for a brawl in a bar with a fellow Trainer/driver. He was suspended for 12 months but took it to the Aussie courts and they overturned the idiots who gave the suspension.

Albion Park brawl appeal
Jason Grimson - 12month DQ reduced to $15k fine plus six-month ban (wholly suspended for 12 months)
Justin Downey - 12 month warning off reduced to $10,000 fine
Jack Trainor - three month DQ reduced to $5000 fine

Sadly (Because I'm a Kiwi) he just won the NZ Cup which is for the best there is over there. It is run over 3200 meters (2 miles from a standing start). 1st mile from the stand in 1.59 and last mile in 1.57. A lot of tired horses at the finish but that fucker kept on going.  Below is the race if anyone is interested in watching 15 horses being driven the way they should driver over here which is attack and attack 3 wide if necessary
