George ended up with Tom Harmer, through several IL connections, mutual friends, etc. -- but mainly because of his relationship with Charlie Day. Charlie owned Lewiston and was a major owner of Tom Harmer's. After that, George also ended up with other trainers because of his connection and relationship with John Cashman who ran Castleton Farms. Cashman also ran Pompano for the Van Lennep estate until the mid-90's when they sold to the predecessor of Isle of Capri.
