Chooses to stay on-course while trying to get horse under control forcing trailing horses to pass on outside rather than maintain the rail. 3. Beckwith's horse falls back to last place as one should when driving off-course. 4. Beckwith's horse put all following horses at a disadvantage as they were forced to move around.
