That is why they need to stop with the suspensions. It just doesn't work. Instead, give HUGE fines to trainer and owner and by HUGE, I mean in the neighborhood of 50K. Until paid, no horse owned or trained by guilty parties at the time of fine can race until fines are paid. All fine money goes to retirement organizations for standardbreds.
