Well, finally, this might come to some closure. It's already been several years since several groups have opposed HISA and filed lawsuits throughout the country. Several have already made their way to the appellate level and we've seen appeals as well.....and now the The Supreme Court of the United States has officially intervened.

That is great news, especially now that the Supreme Court is involved!

That is great news, especially now that the Supreme Court is involved!

So refreshing to know the Supreme Court which cannot be influenced by outside pressures or politics is going to weigh in. (sarcasm)

This news is so ugly it makes me sick,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Once again no one involved that understands the sport and no horseman alive understands this,,,,,,,,Put JIM WHELAN in charge he has done a great job making sure racetracks are empty in CANADA,,,,,,,,,,
