I'm comparing it to the top thoroughbred tracks like NY and Kentucky where they go for between $70,000 and $100,000.

Don't the state-bred maidens go for a lot more?

State-breds in NY go for $90,000. I would say I don't know about Kentucky but then my shadow would show-up and post, he thought I knew everything! The California tracks had been overpaying their purses for years, so now they're getting it back by lowering their purse structure.

When i was a kid i went to the circus , Barnum and baileys the greatest show on earth and everyone in the crowd had a huge smile from start to finish and then many years later 60 minutes and other shows showed the public the reality of the greatest show on earth and the next time i went 30 years later there were about 40 PITA people protesting outside and then poof the greatest show was no more,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, This game will not survive an attack like the attack on Barnum AND baileys when it happens as its much uglier with the hidden deaths for no reason of these equine horses and the game will have more and more HISA type groups enter the fray,,,,,,,,,,Breeders crown day today was a snooze fest and had no one in the crowd,,,,,,,,Single file races on the biggest week in racing and the poorest show on earth and everyone sees it as boring and the same group runs the game with different first names but the same last names and this trend will never end,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Change will come when slots get pulled and its to late and who will pay 80k a year to own a horse with smaller purses,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Everybody wants to invest to make money and even the people getting killed and love the game are still hoping to make money and when people think that the thousand people that are with AMAC HAVE GIANT SMILES on are out of touch with reality,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Go tell JOHN GRANT that he will own the beat three horses in the world and they will be geldings and he will lose 3 million a year but be leading owner in north AMERICA AND HE WILL PASS,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, No one will go into a business knowing its a 100 percent loss and if you ever watch SHARK TANK and see someone come on with a product that can save lives but not make money they will not see an offer and that is reality,,,,,,,,,,,,,How many people if asked would want to own 1 percent of the NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS And know they will get pictures and be part of a championship team but it will cost them 100k a year and you are talking super bowl and if you had 3 million would you be in,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
