Ira seen sleeping in old guard shack at balmoral park

 Homeless and broke still thinking that some day balmoral park will re open he has been seen sleeping in the old guard shack.
 Once him and his loser partners find a way to rig slot machines again they will buy it and reopen it.

That's simply not true as that guard shack has been torn down for years. He sleeping at the old folks home across hwy 394.
