A Change is needed it the way Industry Funds are distributed

  The blood slot welfare should only go to supporting the stakes part of the industry.  The overnite racing should only be funded via handle.  You want to race for the big bucks, you should be  in the stakes end of the game.  The guys who just show up and race their pets, should not benefit one dollar from the slots. It is criminal what Yonker, Pocono,and Scioto overnite races are going for.  These people deserve a purse cut of at least 50%

That is a great idea, there are way too many ma and pa outfits in this sport.  They race bottom level junk and get way too much welfare purse money for it. We need a lot more stakes races and far less bottom level conditioned crap. And another thing, ther are far too many nw/pm races   a non winners of 8pm race is an embarrassment and there should be a strict age limit on these type of races. nw/pm races should be for 2 and 3 year olds only, once you turn 4 open company claimers or opens.
