Well here is what I have heard:

A while back when the barn took off and their horses started getting way better a horseman told me Red was swimming them and started using some joint therapeutic exerciser.

Of course the claim is no drugs on the joints but I think he said some kind of ultrasound or ultrasonic treatment?

If somebody else knows help me out here because it was a while back and I forgot exactly what it was called.

Red got access to a pool and this other treatment and these old lame horses responded immediately.

Now they don't get trained hard and their aches and pains are reduced.

Since it's not necessary to go big miles at Hawthorne to win the treatments have paid off.

Who knows if they had to go faster miles to win if the results would be the same?

But as long as Hawthorne is racing plow horses why leave and push them harder at Hoosier?

Plus these crappy Canadian sloths they have been getting can compete at Hawthorne. 11.wp ngc3
