Can someone explain how 7 of the 9 horses in the 7th race qualify for this condition?
Under Canadian rules what wins don't count as a win for Non winners races?
This is a NW-3 but the the #3 has 9 wins and the #5 has 6 wins!
Obviously some of these had to be fairs races?
