Has Hit group decided to sell property?
Has property been sold ?
Read a recent post that Hit group will not return.
Looks like the Churchill Downs group purchased the Rivers Casino in Rosemont

The Churchill Rivers deal was many months ago for 50.1%. Also the Hits not opening this spring is also old news since it seems to be losing money and not a HIT they thought it could be. Whether they sell it or not who cares. No par mutual wagering can be held there's 10 years after it was sold.

If Arlington closes as many expect since property is worth multi millions . Will Hawthorne be the only racetrack in Illinois besides fairmount .
