Section 19, #9 on page 6...."a person (you use Xpressbet?? Frank Stronach) that accepts wagers on the results of live or simulcast horse races from individuals in this state is guilty of  felony punishable but imprisonment for not more than 5 years or a fine of not more than $10000 or both..."

AM I WRONG??? EVERYBODY ELSE will get their easy and fun sports betting...and those of us that are the fading breed...horse players....who have been around since WAY BEFORE Michigan ever had a casino..we will have to drive somewhere out of state to bet a per, tri, or a pick4.,..THIS IS SO WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So basically the gist of it is that will allow cell phone betting in Michigan change the rules and regulations to allow all the new subclasses and prevent bookies from opening up their own little betting parlors am I correct just cause the government don't get there share from a bookie .all license online company s will be allowed to operate in Michigan twin sprires ,tvg, betamerica and will allow money to flow into mich which was not allowed to be bet before from other states this increase money and profits
