He is a fraud and a scam. It is simple. The people who pay for his service just want to have someone to blame if they lose. I do love the way he claims "My 4th rated winner"  how you can pick a horse 4th and then claim you had the winner always make me laugh.

The top two and then four underneath betting scheme didn’t seem too logical but in  gambling I’ve seen worse I.e shooting from the don’t and “all” plays horizontal plays
