Hitting the Volcano Vaporizer again I see. 43xc.2

The weather and wind condition was pointed out by Peter Galassi in his opening comments.

Plus I admitted I went against the obvious choice given the track conditions and comparable skills of the horses.

I stuck with Husted over Franco because I DON'T BET JUAN FRANCO. angbk

My personal bias got in the way of otherwise sound logic. angbk
